The Giants visit Miami for a three-game series beginning tonight and you know what that means: Mojitos at the Clevelander. The drinks at the Clevelander are not too shabby for a ballpark and the outdoor deck overlooks left field. The gang congregating there before games, usually about 5-13 people, is often replete with the odd South Florida Giants fan. It’s always a bizarre experience going to a Major League Baseball game at Marlins Park because of the location of the stadium in Little Havana and the usually microscopic crowd. At any rate, even if our boys from San Francisco sport a 21-31 record, I’m still excited to see them in the flesh and root them on.

I will post photos and insightfully meaningless musings during the game to keep the four or five of you on the blog entertained.

Surf Maui will be at the game too!

Jeff Samadzija pitches against Trevor Richards tonight. First pitch is at 7:15 PM, Edgar Renteria time.
