Even though I am against another expanded set of postseason teams. I think three division winners and one wildcard was better, I think MLB did the right thing to make the opening series of each Wild Card round a best of three. Tonight four teams can punch their tickets to the Divisional Round with a victory. They are the Braves, the Padres, the Yankees and the White Sox. I expect the Cubs to do better. I think the White Sox will advance. I think the Phillies-Braves game will be a good one again. Tyler Mahle is now a star for Atlanta! Who would have thought that would be a possibility, back in May? It just goes to show you a different team and different coaches can rejuvenate a player’s career.
