Monday’s Game
The Giants had a historic 12-3 win in game 1 of the current three-game series against the White Sox in Chicago. They hit seven home runs, with David VIllar going deep twice, including a grand slam. It was quite a day for the Giants. There is a lot to be said about this game. The Giants were relentless in their attack. I would love to get into it all but I just arrived in Rome and I am on the train to Venice. I have not slept in 25 hours.

Anthony Desclafani pitched six shutout inning as well. He was very solid in commanding the strike zone. This was his first start since ankle surgery and after missing nearly an entire season. It was very promising.
Today’s Game
For the second straight series to start the season the Giants were off after the first game in Chicago. I do not understand this weird scheduling. I do not condone it and it makes no sense. MLB should do better.
Today’s pitching matchup is Logan Webb versus Dylan Cease. First pitch is scheduled for 1:10 PM, Chicago time.
