Look, all this talk and thinking about prospects bores me silly. In today’s discourse and trade valuations prospects are over-rated, over-hyped and over-discussed. The topic just makes me want to pop in my 2010 World Series DVDS. But, since it’s January and since I am desperate, like you are, for Giants news of any kind I figured it was a good time to write a post about the Giants in the farm since MLB released their list of top 100 prospects yesterday.
Kyle and Marco
Yes, these two young and future Giants are the highest ranked on the list. Kyle Harrison is at #18 and Marco Luciano is at #22. That’s pretty impressive and we hope they both make it to the big club this season.
The unfortunate thing, however, is that those are the only two Giants on the list.
