Yes. Play Ball!
For the Giants this could be an interesting Spring Training because youngsters like David Villar, Kyle Harrison, and Luis Matos may actually make the big club and even the starting line up.
Those of you lucky enough to go to the workouts and Cactus League games will be able to watch those and other future starts in action. I remember when I first saw Vladimir Guerrero play in his initial Spring Training. It was quite a sight.
Some of the pitchers and catchers have already reported to camp and began their workouts. Tomorrow the rest of the players will report and begin the first full squad workouts.
Here is the Giants Spring Training schedule. The first game is scheduled for Sunday the 26th of February in Scottsdale against the Reds.
